I volunteered to judge at the DC STEM Fair. There were significant delays throughout the day due to issues with their scoring software. After the event I talked to the organizers and proposed a google sheet solution. I set it up and ran scoring at the next fair. Organizers remarked that it was the smoothest the fair had ever run. Following that success, I was asked back and ended up running the scoring for the DC STEM Fairs for a few years.
